Our team
We track tenure of employees, total and voluntary turnover rates, and internal mobility. These metrics are vital for strategic planning, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring talent acquisition and retention.
- Our workforce spans the globe, with employees logging in from Europe, Africa, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Most of our employees—about 61%—reside in North America. Almost 21% of the workforce hails from India, 16% from China.
- In 2024, the average tenure was about 4.7 years, increasing from 4.2 years on average in 2023.
- Our total turnover rate is 12%, of which, 3% is voluntary.
- In 2024 8% of our open positions were filled by internal candidates.
