Wow, 25 years! As we mark this incredible milestone, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for our journey together. This celebration isn’t just about our accomplishments; it’s about appreciating the amazing people who have been part of our story—and looking forward to an exciting future.
 

When I first joined Calix, I was struck by the energy, innovation, and passion that permeates our organization. These qualities have fueled our success over the years. From humble beginnings to becoming an industry leader, we’ve continuously pushed boundaries and embraced change.
 

While our groundbreaking technologies have shaped the industry and set new standards of excellence, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their relentless pursuit of excellence, collaborative spirit, and unique contributions truly set us apart. 
 

We’ve built so much in just the past few years, including:

  1. Writing the playbook for a thriving remote work culture: We are constantly optimizing and innovating our remote work culture, leading the way for other technology companies. This effort shows with our astonishingly low attrition rate of only 3 percent!

  2. Developing leaders of the future: We are pioneering cutting-edge new training and development initiatives to grow the people leading our company into the future.

  3. Emphasizing holistic employee well-being: Our commitment to employee well-being encompasses five key pillars: financial, physical, social, mental, and wellness. We aim to foster a supportive and thriving culture by offering comprehensive programs, workshops, initiatives, tools, and resources. This approach ensures our employees have the support they need to excel personally and professionally as we continue transforming our company.

Parul holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune, India. Her diverse educational background and global experience uniquely position her to lead HR transformations that align with strategic business objectives.
