Calix 2024 Partner Awards

Do you display the vision, dedication, and execution vital to champion broadband service providers within the broadband industry? Can you answer the following questions in a compelling way—What did you do to help your BSP be successful? How did you do it? What were the results? Why are you different?

The Calix Partner Awards acknowledge visionary, innovative, and dedicated Calix Partners who enable broadband service providers of all sizes to simplify their technology infrastructure, innovate for their employees and subscribers, and grow value in their community.

If you are this Calix Partner, submit your nomination application today! All submissions are due by July 31, 2024. Winners will be recognized at ConneXions in October 2024.

A panel of judges, from multiple groups within Calix, will review nominations through a qualitative and quantitative lens. They will review your nominations based on the information and answers submitted. The judges will be looking for the following: 

  • Impact to mutual customers and their communities
  • Commitment to technology innovations with Calix solutions/platforms
  • Established great relationships both with Calix and mutual customers
  • Differentiation from competitors
  • Impact to Calix sales performance

In addition, each category will have specific criteria that the judges will use to review nominations and determine winners. (see each award)

To nominate your company:

  • Fill out the form to the right and then select the award from the drop-down choices to see required questions for each award category.
  • Answer ALL questions. You may apply for as many awards as you feel qualified by repeating the same process. Questions are different for each award. Supplemental information may be provided in addition but not in lieu of a response.
  • All submissions must be activity from the past 18 months* (January 2023-July 2024).

Tips for completing your nominations:

  • Be sure your answers address the following, where applicable:
    (1) What did you do? (2) How did you do it? (3) What were the results? (4) Why are you different?
  • Be concise and complete with your answers.
  • Answer all questions.
  • Provide metrics and measurables (add as many supporting documents as necessary).
  • Talk to your customers and gather as many facts and materials as needed.
  • Submit your application by July 31st.

Awards

Award Categories

Partners can apply for more than one award but only one submission per award category will be allowed. If we receive more than one entry for the same award category, the judges will only accept and review the first (by date) entry received. A separate application is required for each award category entry.

The Partner of the Year displays exemplary commitment to our mutual customers, communities, and Calix. This award will go to the company that went above and beyond displaying outstanding success throughout the year in overall business performance, level of technology innovation and impact on shared customers.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Impact to mutual customers and their communities
  • Commitment to technology innovations with Calix solutions/platforms
  • Establish great relationships both with Calix and mutual customers
  • Differentiation from competitors
  • Impact to Calix sales performance

The Partner Community Impact will be awarded to the company that has shown the most substantial positive social impact on mutual customers and on the industry.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Dramatic social change/impact in their communities
  • Measurable and/or documented impact including Calix solutions
  • Customer references
  • Establish great relationships both with Calix and mutual customers

The Partner Market Impact award recognizes a partner that has had the most significant business performance and excellence in driving sales and delivery of Calix solutions.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Revenue impact to Calix
  • Number of customers implemented
  • Engagement with Calix teams

The Partner Innovation award will be awarded to the company that demonstrates a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to our mutual customers, changing the relationship between broadband service providers and their subscribers.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Demonstrate how the innovation is being delivered to Calix customers in market. Submit a recorded demo up to 30 minutes in length.
  • Submission represents a new or unique solution developed by Partner
  • Customer activity is limited to the previous 12-18 months

The Market Activation Partner award recognizes a go-to-market agency partner for delivering innovative support, services, and marketing campaigns designed to accelerate and expand broadband service providers go-to-market activities and excite their subscribers.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Consistency in messaging and design across an omni-channel campaign delivery.
  • Examples of the creative your team produced must be included.  Attachments, links to the customer websites or Dropbox files are acceptable

The Partner Training Achievement will be awarded to the partner who has elevated company performance and capability by successfully reaching training goals, sharing achievements on social media, and proactively providing feedback to Calix.

The winner will be chosen based on the following:

  • Achievement of required partner training per their segment & level​ (100+ %)
  • Goals set and communicated with our team​ (1+ Planning w/ enablement)
  • Training achievement leveraged to recruit and maintain happy customers​ (Social post(s), skill testimony)
  • Reciprocal training with the Calix Sales Team (QRG/ Showcase / SKO / Ambassador/ Release discussion)
