Calix offers two-factor authentication (2FA), the most common version of multi-factor authentication (MFA), for enhanced protection on our secure online sites (My Calix, Calix Cloud). Calix advises customers to activate 2FA to maximize protection of your online account data.

Using Calix 2FA requires company-wide adoption; 2FA is not available on a individual user basis. Organization administrators can request 2FA activation for their company's users. Submit the form below to initiate the activation process, including selecting an activation date.

Third-party associations supported

Some BSPs use outside resources to provide customer support. If your company uses an agency with users who access your Calix Cloud instance, you must associate that agency company to your Calix account so that those users can continue to access your Calix Cloud org once 2FA is activated. If this scenario applies to your company, please submit an account association request to Calix using the second form below.
