Calix Marketing Cloud Recognized as Disrupter at the 2023 Stevie Awards
Every year, the Stevie Awards recognize companies, individuals, and products that shape the business world. In recent years, the Stevies have presented their American Business Awards to recipients such as Deloitte and Pepsi. And in 2023, Calix added its name to the list, taking home three bronze medals in Best Cloud Platform, Marketing Disruptor of the Year, and Best Business Technology Pivot.
Calix was honored to have a seat at the table during this year’s Stevie Awards alongside other business and industry leaders. When Calix Marketing Cloud (CMC)* took home three bronze medals, it was an even greater recognition of the partnership between Calix and the broadband service providers (BSPs) we serve. How Jade Communications Leverages Data To Engage Subscribers
Jade Communications is an example of how data-driven marketing can drive business growth. Jordan Wehe, marketing director at Jade, was faced with an issue: Churn rates were increasing while the subscriber experience was depleting. He understood that the only way to differentiate Jade from its competitors was to focus on improving the subscriber experience entirely. Jade took advantage of data and insight tools available only through Calix Marketing Cloud* to segment their subscriber groups and deliver personalized and effective campaigns. Specifically, they curated a campaign geared toward parents—offering home and network security options.

As a result, Jade Communications and Calix Marketing Cloud’s* partnership was recognized as the Stevie Awards’ Bronze Marketing Disruptor of the Year, awarded for Jade’s ability to differentiate and dominate by putting the subscriber first and focusing on the experience with Calix Marketing Cloud*.
